Memories-2011

If going down the memory lane will bring joy and a few special memories should be treasured for a life time, 2011 was packed with many such happy moments, lessons(setbacks) and the numerous amount of special people I met. I want to take time and write these random memories which come to my mind as I try to recollect the year’s work.

It started with a bang and was all happy and partying on 12:00am Jan 1st 2011… the craziest thing that could happen was get you exam results on a new years eve. Surprisingly I happened to score 75%, my best until then.. :-P Did my fav project and the next sem scored 84% :-P :-P The rest of the year was good with studies as I completed my engg from the famous( u knw wht I mean) NMREC as a Mech Grad,B.Tech in this year.

Got placed and in the best company I could ask for “GOOGLE” though the field of work is irrelevant and would not help me as a mechie, it is life time exp to have worked in a place like that. Owing to its facilities and work culture I could learn and understand the one should present oneself at a corporate level.

Vrooomm..!! ever since its release it stole my heart and remained a desire to own it over the years. Bought a H-H Karizma-R :-D :-) started my long drives by going to hometown for a festival on 950km up-down trip. Just love my beauty(to look) and the beast(when angry), proving that a sensible gut call is all that makes a difference on the road.

:-) :-) Friends :-) :-) can never name the whole lot here and they have always been through the ups and downs from years together and will not loose them in years to come. Met some special people at work places and made good friends with the new ones.

Had a awesome and pleasant experience in my first trip down the south, until kanyakumari.. I love travelling and enjoyed exploring the south all by myself :-) .

Work..!! I was a workaholic In the start, tried different possibilities while working at Google. Thanks to the freedom and work timings, I could work for a consultancy In the morning.. Work for my fav EVAM, the love for Evam was the main driving force and added energy to do that. Not to forget I happened to Org  the 17th International Children’s Film Festival by supporting the event by arranging and co-ordinating with 45 volunteers for various divisions of the event, Thanks to all those spl ppl who made the whole festival a grand success and earned us applause from every delegate.

Future K learning a little more german lang and cleared my Ielts with 7band which now makes me eligible to apply for Master in Germany. No comments and expectations.. leaving things for destiny as this not what matters. All I want to do in the years to come is FLY..!!

Treasuring all these memories of this year which became special due to the many transitions that took place and the special people that came along… waiting for more in the next year :-)

Like the birds leave behind the houses and remains during travel, let s leave behind the sadness and regrets and welcome the new year with hope :-)

At last..!! im in LOVE :-)

At last..!! I am in love.. :-) there she was elegantly resting behind the huge glass window, which separates her from the place where she is in and the world outside. Those long hours i spent just doing nothing else but stare  at her. Those days i was just happy to have a glimpse of the beauty, and move on for my daily chores. Years went by, but nothing changed my love towards her. Daily she would be dressed up in different vibrant colors, i wanted to go closer and voice my opinion when she was in her best. I never gained the courage to go and tell her the same.

After the long wait and desperation to meet her, the day has finally come. She was so beautiful in her new white dress, her elegance and beauty have over thrown my weakness. I wanted to end my desperation to meet, talk, and just be with my new found love. I asked for help from friends to help me in this, thanks to satish that he agreed to come with me while i was going to meet. Then it all happened in July,2011 that i managed to go and say a "Hi". She just smiled back and i was flattered to watch her that close, was very happy about to having been there with her. I just could not resist and happened to declare my love. Finally, i really did say it. She is the best, was watching everything i said and did to have her with me for the rest of my life on this earth. I had to wait to know the reply, which i never cared about. It was really funny to expect her to walk out along with me, she needed some time. She wanted to know more about me, and i explained every faintest thing i remembered at that point of time.

The long wait continued, again those long hours of staring at my love. Waiting to hear from her, and yea i received a call exactly a 10days later. No chatter could reach my ear, only the voice over the phone which said that we could finally meet. I left my office with loads of joy and was overwhelmed. On 27th of July,2011 Then i met her for the first time, we had a very short meeting outside and i slept that day with a million thoughts in my mind, for the next day. The next was a happy ending of my struggle and new beginning of life with her. She is with me now, every moment of joy and sadness, my companion in every walk of my life. We travel to far off places together, hangout for long in the sun, rain and the best is always during the nights. She never falls back or dissapoints me, and instead helps me catch up with different things in life.

There she is..always with me under my great care and endless love towards her. we are so happy to be together and wake up each day to be happy and joyous here after. "Happiessss...endinggg....!!

P.S oops.. i did not give her name, she is none other than my all new Karizma R-8606  "Always Game"

Get outta there..”shez gonna blow”

Diwali is a festival of lights. As the myth says it was celebrated to welcome lord Ram who was returning after a victorious battle, the whole city was lightened with diya’s to mark the welcome. Light gives us new hope, light brings happiness and joy. Lighting of lamps and filling every dark corner with a lamp to bring new hope and spread happiness was the theme.

Today as everything else even the way and purpose of celebrating a festival has changed. It doesn’t matter how you do things and what you believe in, but diwali is one such festival which is and will have its effect on all of us which should be looked into. I am not pointing out at things or blaming someone, I cant do that. Just feel like saying that celebrating a festival and showing your beliefs should not be related to numbers or some entity, be it time or money. I’ve been doing the same and that is why I cant blame others. Now I don’t want to have a festival which is seen as the number of crackers I burn or the amount of time spent in doing the same. Something that should be noted is, yea the crackers today give you light and also more amounts of sound(not musical), puffs of smoke(can u breathe it??). Don’t want to sound like an environment expert but realize that things are blowing out of proportion.

Along with celebrations remember to light lamps around your house and see that you fill in happiness and joy in every corner and everyone living around (by your methods).

Sattire’s(including the title)
counting the number of crackers and varieties or money spent..did it last for a day??

bragging about the different ways with which you can burst a single item..wah nu thop ra..!

“3 hydrogens kalipi pelicha ra”..next tym 4 petu :-P

Girls, just compare what chocolates you could eat instead of bursting that unnecessary item :-P

Finally..Have a safe Diwali… hope you enjoy the festival of lights.. HAPPY DIWALI :-)

P.S “is diwali ko aap kise kush karna chahte ho??”

Unit:Bruises Topic:Lubrication

Already completed 3 long years after joining engineering and it is today that i wanted to make a serious note of something which i observed or related it with my present course of study.

*strictly posting this to have a best gig(at myself) :-P later on when i see what i used to think and yea i am proud of it(atleast as of now) :-D

"i love bruises..its looks cool to move around with a bandage on your head"said rahul mushini when we were in our 10th standard, this is the only statement which will first come to my mind when i look at anyone around with a bandage.unfortunately until today i did not meet with any accident that earned me one(except my right hand) and now this thing has taught me a lot already.Friends, care, support, their joy of teasing, sporting and driving with with a bruise was actually not bad,but this thing takes so long to heal(sickest part).Coming back to the topic(silliest) lubrication,it so happened that i was vexed with covering it with a bandage and there were no signs of healing for more than a week.So i and my mom decided to leave it up to dry so that, maybe it will heal this way, then after a day of letting things dry i could not move my hand and the damn thing hurts me badly when i try to do so..then comes lubricating(to ease the movement b/w parts avoiding rupture) it with oil and some ointments.

I believe only a mechie has an advantage of relating or comparing every little thing to what he has gone through while learning(be it a tooth brush early in the morning or the bed you lie down for hours)

                                                    The End(of the comic)

P.S not every mechie is as silly as me...Mech Rocks \m/ :-D

Renaissance-2 Everything except the Indian constitution will change

“A citizen is not granted a VISA to enter into another country if there are charges recorded against him in the past, but that same citizen can become a politician and rule the country easily. This happens only in India” says satish jadalanagari of st.martins engineering college. Yea this is the case in our country, we as a developing nation are competing with super powers all over the world since we earned our independence. Renaissance which brought a change earlier in between the 14th  and 15th century was spread in every field like from science to politics and arts, similarly everything in India has also been changing but not the constitution. It was then that we chose democracy to rule the country and hence we became republic by writing a constitution and abiding by it to develop the nation. We did come a long way since then..Set standards and took initiatives in various fields. We have all the global market…we do have good resources...many countries are fed by the Indian farmers..lots of new technology is brought in and used..We are capable of protecting ourselves ..we play prominent role in space research and nuclear power plants..But still why are we not the NO.1??..why is that we have just set foot in every area but are not the leading powers??(Leave alone population)..the whole world runs with Indian brains around but still what are we lacking in our own country??

Every developed country today has made valuable changes and have added and also deleted some of their rules in accordance with the changing world… “Do you know that the Indian constitution has been amended 94 times, which is quite a good number but in all the cases we just had to add in some new rules but never removed the rules written way back in 1949…is today’s India same as in that of 1949?? ” questions alekhya choudhary of CVSR engineering college. Obviously No, India did change a lot, we did emerge as a strong nation which is far beyond the imaginations of the people. There are some hassles or problems we still face in the system..There are many to name out like the reservations, political agenda, and so on. India needs new rules and changes in the constitution according to the present day situations. The United States of America for example has just amended it constitution 27 times till date and have   constantly looked into the issues of the people and the changes in the constitution were done accordingly over the years.

There are some drastic impacts with the reservations given to certain section of people..many citizens who are well capable of affording their basic amenities today still take advantage of the reservations being given and there are certain class of people who are financially weak but not considered by the government to take any reservations and such benefits.. “I’m studying hard today to work harder tomorrow and I will be paying money to the govt so that the lazy people who don’t study today will get perks and benefits…damn” mutters Hari Krishna of Nalla Malla Reddy engineering college. This is the case with the reservations today, there must be changes regarding this based of financial status and seen that this is been utilized only by the financially weak people but not the lazy rich Indians. The politicians instead of looking at this issue with a broader view, they make use of this issue to bag votes and it is a pity that recently our constitution has been amended to add in more reservation to people of different classes. The politicians who are going to be elected must go through a better election criteria, they should have some minimum educational qualifications based on the post..so that they understand the world better and lead the nation in a better way.
We need to adapt to the new changes taking place around us and accept a few facts and theories and see that the best is done to all the people..The constitution needs a few changes and this must be done for the later good...And for a better future if the country. A change is always good and we need changes not only to enjoy the new things that have crept in but also to upgrade the present conditions into a better way possible. The coming generations must not give room for any racial discrimination and the flaws of today should not be passed on to the next generations, only the good has to given and it should to be evolved constantly. We have to remove certain social discrimination policies from it which the future generations will not know and would not give a thought about the bad and always cherish the glorious past and celebrate it. This will give us new hope and a better place to live in for rest of the stay….hoping for a better tomorrow.

Gaming..r u winning in a game?? or is the game winning over u??

Adyboy was glued to his screen and alert as always ready to dodge the 15th spike strip placed by the cops on the highway at the coffee shop corner..29 minutes passed away since he started off with his VW Golf-GTI..he was closing in to record the 30min of making the cops trail him and setting the road ablaze. Need for speed-Most Wanted is what i was talking about..many would have figured it out..its known for its new version of evading a pursuit and fighting back all the street racers for the ride he lost in the very beginning of the game. There are many games in todays world..all one has to do is..he should figure out what kind of game or what action interests you the most and there are end number of options available..ranging from racing, mythology, fiction, interactive versions are available.Gaming does eases your mind and reduce your stress levels and guarantees you a truly great experience...but at the end of the we should think of things like how far is it useful??what amount of time or your skill or energy levels one put on it to enjoy a game??

we all have our respective works to be done daily...it may be going to college or office or whatever..these are a part of our daily routine..kids go to school as well..not everyday is like paradise...we obviously get screwed up at some point of time in everyday...or for some it may be every minute..everyone needs a instant break and a pass time made easily available..what is it?? GAMING...gaming is made available everywhere from your mobile phones to dedicated play stations...the extent to which gaming has reached people is far beyond ones imagination..you can choose from millions of games to play in your mobile phone and even while you browse the net you can play in wide range of platforms online..."In todays world if there is anything that does justice to all categories of people and really makes people from all age groups smile after a days work..it is GAMING"  There are wide range of options to all the gamers..your heart pumps fast or you have a adrenaline rush in things you do,then you are destined to race.Age of empires is one of the famous games in mythology is concerned where your planning and administration skills help you become the czar.Satish is very strange and is quite unique,He has the best reflex actions and spontaneous all the time and wims really well so hez a pro @ COUNTER STRIKE...there are dedicated servers and all the friends join and play against each other which makes it even more interesting and fun..muzzle,shanky,baba,abhi all my friends taught me that and yea it is my favourite game too.

so far so good..gaming is a boon after a days work and helps you enjoy your valuable time in the best way that excites you and re-charges you for the rest of the day. What happens when the taboo of addiction is over powering you..playing a game daily at regular basis is never an addiction but when you skip your regular work for a game is of course a problem which should be sorted. One keeps on moving onto the next level of the game the each time he plays..this lures people to postpone or skip ones work to just move into a next level in a virtual world which is never true...one should realize that gaming is not real and moving into the top level or staying ahead of everyone in the game dosent earn you a days bread or butter...gaming is a passion and one should look at it that way... challenge people,fight for victory...improve you skill but never be fooled,Its a virtual environment and it is you who entered it to spend time but never let it make you kill you time and energy.

The truth or fact is that gaming is making one lazier than ever..already with the technological advancements like mobiles for example..gone are the days when you would remember 20-30 mobile numbers of friends and family..sneak your dad's mobile and dial to all your friends with ease..but what are we doing now..searching for numbers in ones contact lists..today we know no other number than our very own(hardly a single digit).Gaming makes you lazy...dosent make you work...you loose your physique...too many de-merits.."one fine day you can buy a new BMW but what if you cant enjoy driving it by yourself cause you dont fit in or you cant handle it...who cares a damn if you can play NFS in your laptop and win a game while your driver drives your hard earned car and tames it while you can just fund his pleasure by filling the fuel tank...what do you fancy???",go out play something in real..flex your muscles..that will help a lot.  Gaming if done in excess increases stress and weaken your mental ability which effects the next few hours of your life and things what you do.The worst impacts are on young kids..they neglect studies and dont realize much at that age and loose big time than anyone...studies,laziness,mentality...everything and gain stress, eye sight, head ache at their age which is un-usual

Enjoy gaming...ease yourself...have fun...but remember it is virtual..work out and tame your future and burn the roads with a real VW or BMW..dont let someone(Game) tame you....adios..!!!

“THE NEED OF COLLEGE FESTS”

The world would have been so different without E=(mc)sqr ,one of the world's famous equation given by einstein along with many other significant contributions by many other eminent personalities. Then all these  great people may or may not have attended colleges but today most of the young technocrats are into technical education and are there any  similar valueable contributions?? What is the use of availing the technical edge??.Todays institutions lack in providing an effective medium for exchange of information and sharing each others knowledge or expressing their ideas openly. The reasons may be many, like no proper schooling or lacking the exposure, we cant take chances and let this system continue where most of the students just cram their heads to crack a competetive exam but cant make some practical use of the knowledge they acquired from their bulky texts. A podium must be setup which allows them to realise what are they upto or what are they going to face after their course of study. They must learn to win in an arena with people of equal wit and come out with some innovative idea to change the course of the problems we face, wish there is a national award for such innovative ideas by young people alone. This is the reason why one can strongly say "ONE  NEEDS COLLEGE FESTS"

One strong reason that many people from both the studying and the teaching faculty  suggest to have a college fest is for having enough exposure. No one is perfect or no ones knowledge is complete until one stops exploring the possibilities. The teachers are very sure that the students learn more when something is taught to them by somebody of their age group or someone who elaborates things unconventionaly an IIT professor recently quotes "students  today read more of CHETAN BHAGAT than my books". A student is benefited in a larger context because he is exposed to his next semester topics while still studying his subjects,by doing so he can go through that topic with ease later. The most important advantage is when a students makes use of this exposure to plan their further projects,a student quoted "i chose cad/cam as my final year project when i was in 2year,while i attended a seminar in my college" by this he had an added advantage of time as well as knowledge. In the same way the fests are more advantageous to students who are creating more options and they prefer to make these out of their friends than the same lecturers they listen to daily.

Everyone love to wander around freely rather than being controlled by authorities or rules.Specially students love to break rules and do things that interest them,in a fest a student is free to choose what he wants to listen or learn. There will be numerous events going on and choices are wide open to do something which they like at the same time there is freedom to experss on his favourite topic or his backyard science experiment to a wide audience,he can get feed backs and suggestions or welcome critics and comments too. Freedom is what we observe in a fest and the students love that the most, freedom to experss and freedom to listen as well. A student quoted "im glad that i can choose a seminar to listen between design or manufacture which is like choosing between a lecture by KCR OR SONIA"his context might be odd but it explains the extent of choices he is open to.

A fest welcomes not just skill or talent but people from diverse backgrounds like may be different parts of the country and globe as well, well this allows you to communicate wit all of them and interact on common fields of interests. In this process one can sure improve their communication skills and increase their knowledge. In india we all know that not everyone come from good educational backgrounds students can take advantage of these fests to speak to a larger group of people and overcome their fears or hassles with ease. One cannot excel in anything over night but by attending fests an participating means climbing one step further the each time you participate. This always helps all form of audience.

One learns in Andhra pradesh and has to work elsewhere it is not a problem to work in the same south region but when he has to work among the pure punjabi's or gujrati's he might not be comfortable. The apt term would be socialise, one along with his studies should learn to socialise at the same time. The way one communicate or interact should not be any problem while he works in a new place,a fest can assure you about socialising which is a most important aspect in ones life individually. Another aspect is organising and planning,a fest is which can be explained as by the students for the students to all the students. Every student who organises or co ordinates takes the responsibity to facilitate the events accomodate the participants and make sure every resource is available. These works makes one to be responsible and plan things. One of the HOD's of a local college quoted "these organisers and co ordinators learn things we dont teach and cannot learn from any text available..it is an experience" isn’t that great..!

Oops..! I did delay to mention the theme of every fest,Fun.Fun is what everyone seek in what we do and every fest guarantees you ample and endless fun to keep you charged up all the time. Just to get you a break from regular boring lectures and divert  you from regular day activities. Obviously stress levels are reduced and anybody would fancy a break in regular life,it eases those who feel low with low grades or whatever. Especially the relation with your lecturers is what you can count on "i got a chance to have chai biscuit with my sir while we were intensely discussing after a seminar" say quite a few among the students. All this is just limited to such fests so make the most out of it,can grab more info from the lecturers than in regular college days.

After discussing all these various advantages and uses of having a college fest one can surely hope the best of it and make use of it to the maximum extent. There is a lot that one can make out from these fests than from a normal college course. So every institution should encourage and create this medium which the today’s system lacks, wide range of events is what helps you better and teaches you more. In a fest a student should be able to know his skill and come out with it, one should set goals and work on them, "one may not complete it in the first 10days or in the next 100days or maybe even in his lifetime but he should begin"-A fest is always a right place to kick start things because it gives you the more than necessary info to start off with...lets start it.!!
